First Aid Kit Quote Checklist for UAE Buyers
Compare the supplied contents and total scope before comparing the price. A “25-person” label alone does not tell you whether two quotations cover the same items.
Use your workplace’s approved specification as the starting point. This checklist helps purchasing teams compare offers; it does not set medical or regulatory requirements.
What should the quotation include?

A simple way to compare three offers
- Send every supplier the same contents list, quantities and delivery location.
- Put the responses side by side. Mark missing items, substitutions and unclear terms.
- Ask for clarification in writing before choosing a supplier.
- Compare the clarified delivered totals and record why the selected offer meets your specification.
- On delivery, check the packing list, item quantities, packaging and agreed expiry information against the accepted quotation.
